Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!

I want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving this morning.

I know everyone is probably really busy with Thanksgiving Day preparations. I had a few free minutes and decided to update my blog with the promised tuna recipes. If you don't like tuna checkout the recipes anyway because they would also taste wonderful with some of that leftover turkey.

I will be looking over the Black Friday ads a little later today. What are your plans for Black Friday?

We will be going to the movies this afternoon to see The Blind Side. The whole family has really been looking forward to this outing. What movies are your families looking forward to?

  1. I'm all over those tuna recipes. That's one thing I have way too much of and the only thing I know to do with it is to make tuna salad sandwiches. I'm excited to try something new.

Thanksgiving was good at our house this year. It may possibly be the last I spend with my dad. I am thankful for every day that I have him.

Tammy, I'm leaning more and more toward a $1,000 budget for 2010. I must be crazy to even consider it, but, hey, what's a challenge worth if you know up front that you can do it with no sweat?

  2. I total agree with you about a challenge. I have been reducing my budget for the challenge over at HCW since May. I started out spending $1200 or more and am down to about $550. I keep trying for about $450 but we eat lunch and dinner out several times a week for our family of four. We have come along way since May. I really need to use our stockpile more.

I can't wait to see how you do next year. I know the cats are a big part of your budget. If I come across any good cat food coupons, I'll send them your way.

I'm glad you are going to try the tuna recipes, let me know what you think and if you try anything different.
